Yes. The store runs on PrestaShop or WooCommerce, where you manage products, categories, prices and stock yourself in the admin. You get the logins and the documentation when it goes live. If you would rather we made the changes, we bill them at 65 € an hour, or against a fixed quote agreed in advance.

Yes, from day one. The code, the content and the data are yours and there is no minimum term. On a rental the content, the data and the domain are yours too; when the contract ends or you cancel, you get an export and a working store within five working days, at no extra cost.

We put the store live within 14 working days of receiving everything we agreed on, product data included. Where we are writing the content ourselves, or where an ERP or warehouse integration is part of the job, we agree the deadline up front and write it into the quote.

Once we have the lot: logo, copy, photographs, product data (names, descriptions, prices, images) and your delivery and returns terms. The deadline is written into the contract. For every week we are late, we refund 25 % of one month’s subscription; that refund applies to rentals.

A logo, some short copy about the company, photographs and a list of products with descriptions and prices. Once you confirm the quote you get a short questionnaire that walks you through all of it. If you have no copy, we write it from your answers — that is agreed in advance.

The KLASIK plan: build and launch on PrestaShop or WooCommerce, up to 10 categories and up to 100 products entered with descriptions and images, card payments, cash on delivery, bank transfer against an invoice and PayPal, one courier plus click and collect, discount codes and promotions, basic search engine optimisation, SSL, GDPR compliance, a layout that works on a phone, and handover of the logins and the documentation. The store itself takes an unlimited number of products; entering the rest is either your job or a priced one.

Hosting on a purchase (10 € a month or 100 € a year), maintenance (from 49 € a month, included in neither the purchase nor the rental), content changes after launch (65 € an hour or a fixed quote), integrations with an ERP or accounting system (custom development, priced after a review) and the fees your payment provider charges. All prices exclude VAT.

On a purchase, 10 € a month or 100 € a year (hosting, domain, SSL, email, uptime monitoring), with no minimum term. For stores with more traffic, higher-capacity hosting is 19 € a month or 190 € a year. On a rental, hosting is in the subscription.

It is not compulsory, but we do recommend it: a store nobody updates quietly gets slower and more exposed over time. Maintenance is included in no plan and costs from 49 € a month or 490 € a year, with no minimum term.

Updates to the system and the plugins, security checks, backups, and monitoring of uptime and speed. Content changes are not part of maintenance. The care package (129 € a month) adds priority handling and one hour of changes a month.

Yes, on a purchase. Pick “By agreement” at the hosting step and we will settle in the quote what your server has to support. On a rental the store runs on our hosting, which is part of the subscription.

Yes. Importing from an existing system or a supplier feed is a good deal faster than typing everything in by hand. How much work it is depends on the number of products and the shape of the data, so we price it before we start and write it into the quote.

Yes. The larger plan includes the groundwork for an integration; the integration itself is custom development: a technical plan with a price and a deadline first, then the build once you confirm it in writing. The price depends on the system and on how much has to stay in sync.

In the KLASIK plan: card payments, cash on delivery, bank transfer against an invoice and PayPal. The larger plan adds Google Pay and Apple Pay. Which methods make sense depends on the market you sell into, and we set up the ones your customers actually use. The payment provider charges its own transaction fees.

The subscription carries on monthly, with no further minimum term and 30 days’ notice. The price is fixed for the five years of the contract. When you cancel, you get an export of the content and a working store within five working days, which you can take to another agency or onto your own server.

No. All prices exclude VAT and apply to business customers. On a purchase you pay 50 % on order and 50 % on completion of the project; on a rental, the setup fee of 790 € is payable on order.
