Website analytics (Google Analytics 4)

To understand how visitors use the site, we use Google Analytics 4. With your consent, the tool sets cookies and collects data such as: pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location (at city level, not a precise address) and the source of the visit. The IP address is anonymised.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Analytics is not loaded until you accept it in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of the page.

Processor and data transfers: the data is processed on our behalf by Google (Google Ireland Ltd.). Transfers to third countries take place under appropriate safeguards (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Retention: data in Google Analytics 4 is kept for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically.

Advertising measurement (Google Ads)

To measure the performance of advertising campaigns we use Google Ads. With your consent, the tool sets cookies and records whether a visit came from an ad and whether it led to an enquiry. We do not use advertising to profile individuals.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you do not consent, advertising cookies are not set; in that case Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. We use:

• Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to work and for form security (a session cookie, protection against form abuse). These do not require consent.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_*) — loaded only with your consent.
• Advertising cookies (Google Ads: _gcl_*) — loaded only with your consent.

Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage, key ln_consent) — this is not a cookie and is not sent to the server.

We manage consent with Google Consent Mode v2: until you accept analytics and advertising, those cookies are not set.

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Click Cookie settings at any time — here or in the footer — and choose again.

Contact forms

If you complete an audit, order or contact form, we process the data you enter (for example email, name, company, phone, a link to your site, your message) in order to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep the data for as long as is needed to deal with the enquiry, and where a contract is concluded, for the periods required by law (accounting rules, for example). We do not pass data to third parties for marketing and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access to your data, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lead supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (ip-rs.si). If you are in another EU or EEA country, you may instead lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force.
