A rental is a five-year contract — the same for a website and for an online store. On a website there is no setup fee (we cover the build and recover it through the subscription); on a store there is a one-off setup fee of 790 € on order. Cancel early and the remaining contract value falls due. Maintenance isn’t included in either a rental or a purchase — from 49 €/month.
If you don’t want a contract, buy instead: no contract and no subscription, you pay for the build and for hosting (10 €/month or 100 €/year). Both are fair; you choose.
One-off services
A written review of visibility, speed and security within two working days. Online store 290 €, website 149 €. The fee comes off your first invoice if you go ahead within 30 days.
A technical plan first, then the build against an approved specification. We set the price after reviewing the work, in a written specification — it depends on what you need.
A one-off takeover and migration of a site or store onto our server: 290 €. From then on we run it.
An optional add-on to any plan. It gives you priority handling of requests and 10 % off further projects and upgrades (not applicable to hosting or the subscription). You add it when you order.
What a rental includes
Instead of buying the site, the hosting, the domain and the email from four different suppliers, it’s all on one monthly price. Maintenance is a separate line, from 49 €/month. For a change you write or call — we do it.
Content changes and development work are priced separately — 65 €/hour or against a fixed quote — and don’t start without your approval.
Three guarantees
A website is live within 7 working days of receiving your content, an online store within 14. For every week we are late, we refund 25 % of the monthly fee.
If your site stops working, we start on it within 72 hours at the latest; that applies to the standard plans. If we exceed it, that month’s fee is refunded. A shorter response time is what priority support is for.
The content, the data and the domain are yours. If you cancel, you get an export of your content and a working website or store within five working days, at no charge and with no conditions. On a rented website the only thing that stays ours is the Limonet CMS editor — the site runs without it.

No, every price on this site excludes VAT. We sell to businesses only. If your company has a valid VAT number in another EU member state, we invoice with the reverse charge and no VAT is added — you account for it in your own country. For customers in Slovenia, Slovenian VAT applies.
On a website rental there genuinely isn’t — we cover the build and recover it through the subscription, which is why the contract runs five years. On an online store rental the setup fee is 790 €, payable on order. Cancel early and the remaining contract value falls due. If you want to own the site, it’s a one-off build from 690 € plus hosting at 10 €/month or 100 €/year, with no contract and no subscription.
By card or by bank transfer (SEPA) against an invoice. The subscription starts when payment clears.

We invoice in euros. If you’re outside the eurozone, your bank converts at its own rate — we don’t add a surcharge for it.
