Why we work this way
It doesn’t go wrong during the build.
It goes wrong a year later.
In twenty years we have seen enough websites to know where things usually come apart. The phone number is out of date, the system hasn’t been patched, the price list is no longer true, and the logins are with someone who stopped answering. Not because the owner didn’t care — because there was no time for it, and because every small thing means finding somebody, writing, waiting, and then getting an invoice.
A business owner has no reason to learn WordPress, understand DNS records, or keep track of when an SSL certificate expires. That isn’t their job. So we turned the model around: we build the site, publish it, and run it from there.
That is why we don’t sell hosting on its own, don’t sell logins, and don’t sell hours. What we sell is that people find you online and that you don’t have to think about it.
Who is behind this
You know who you’re talking to.
We’re not a large agency and we don’t pretend to be. Limonet is run by a team of three — development, sales and operations. It means you know who you’re dealing with, and the person who picks up the phone is the person who knows your site. We work in English and in Slovenian, during European business hours.

What a supplier in another
country actually has to get right.
VAT handled properly
If your company has a valid VAT number in another EU member state, we invoice with the reverse charge and no VAT. One EU invoice, nothing unusual for your accountant.
Your data stays in the EU
Hosting, backups and mail run on our servers inside the EU. No third-country transfer to explain in your GDPR records.
English, plainly
We work in English. If your team needs day-to-day support in German, French or Italian, we’ll say so rather than promise it.
