Anyone can do the “27 € times 60 months” sum — except that it usually leaves out the hosting, the domain, the SSL and the email you pay for separately when you buy. So here it is in full, over five years — as long as the contract itself runs. Maintenance is included on neither route.

Renting pays off if you don’t want to deal with the site.
Nothing up front, hosting, the domain, SSL and email in the price, and we look after it. Over the years you pay more than if you bought — that is the price of not having to think about it. Maintenance is a separate line, from 49 €/month.
Buying pays off if you have your own person.
It’s cheaper in the long run, there is no minimum term and the code is in your name. Maintenance and content changes are a separate line here too — exactly as on a rental. We say that plainly, even though it isn’t in our favour.
The five-year sum — which is also how long the rental contract runs: rent 27 € × 60 months = 1,620 €. Buy 690 € (first year of hosting included) plus four years of hosting at 100 € = 1,090 €. Maintenance is counted in neither sum — on both routes it is optional, from 49 €/month (2,940 € over five years). All excluding VAT; the final price depends on scope and functionality.

A rental is a five-year contract. There is no setup fee — we cover the build and recover it through the subscription, which is exactly why the contract runs five years. Cancel early and the remaining contract value falls due. Maintenance isn’t included — in neither a rental nor a purchase; it is billed separately, from 49 €/month.
If you don’t want a contract, buy instead: no contract and no subscription, you pay for the build and for hosting (10 €/month or 100 €/year). Both are fair; you choose.
The 7 working days start from the moment we receive everything we need — copy, photos and contact details. If we’re preparing the content, we agree the timing up front.

No updates, no backups, and nobody makes the changes. We take a site like that over and run it from there.
One-off takeover and migration to our server: 290 €, then a monthly plan from 27 €: hosting, domain, SSL and email. Maintenance — updates, security checks and backups — is added from 49 €/month. The site stays yours.

Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT. For business customers with a valid VAT number in another EU member state, VAT is reverse-charged and we invoice without it. For customers in Slovenia, Slovenian VAT applies.
