We build it and review it with you
We prepare the site and show you a staging version. We settle the last details before launch.

Your site is live
We publish it and arrange either the handover or the ongoing care, according to what you chose.

We publish your website within 7 working days of receiving all your content. For every 7 days we are late, we refund 25 % of the monthly fee. The refund applies to website rentals.

Do I have to prepare the copy and photos myself?
Before we start, we agree which content you provide and where you want our help. That way you know up front what to prepare and what the quote covers. The build clock starts when we have everything we agreed on.
Can I buy the site and leave the maintenance to you?
Yes. Maintenance is a separate service and you can add it on a purchase just as on a rental: from 49 €/month or 490 €/year.
What does the monthly subscription include?
A rental covers the build, hosting, the domain, SSL, email, uptime monitoring and support. Maintenance and content changes are not included and are billed separately. The exact scope is listed with each plan, along with the price and the subscription terms.
Do you work with clients outside Slovenia?
Yes, across Europe, in English. Everything runs remotely, which is how most of our projects work anyway. If your company has a valid VAT number in another EU member state, we invoice with the reverse charge and no VAT.
I have particular requirements. Can you include them?
Describe what the site should do. Before we quote, we agree how it would be built, what it covers and how long it takes.
