The contract terms, without the runaround.
A rental is a five-year contract. There is no setup fee — we cover the build and recover it through the subscription, which is exactly why the contract runs five years. Cancel early and the remaining contract value falls due. Maintenance isn’t included — in neither a rental nor a purchase; it is billed separately, from 49 €/month.
If you don’t want a contract, buy instead: no contract and no subscription, you pay for the build and for hosting (10 €/month or 100 €/year). Both are fair; you choose.
The 7 working days start from the moment we receive everything we need — copy, photos and contact details. If we’re preparing the content, we agree the timing up front.
What the monthly subscription covers
The subscription isn’t a line on an invoice.

Instead of buying the site, the hosting, the domain and the email from four different suppliers, it’s all on one monthly price. Maintenance — updates, security checks, backups and speed monitoring — is a separate service, from 49 €/month.
Content changes
You write or call, we do it. Billed separately — 65 €/hour or against a fixed quote approved in advance.
Hosting, domain, SSL and email
All in one place, with webmail access and one invoice a month. For more traffic and space, the upgrade to heavier hosting is +9 €/month.
Uptime monitoring
When it goes down, we find out, not you. We watch the site even when you aren’t looking at it.
Maintenance — a separate line
System updates, security checks, backups and speed monitoring are not part of the subscription. You add them from 49 €/month or 490 €/year.

Taking over an existing site
You already have a site,
but nobody looks after it.
No updates, no backups, and nobody makes the changes. We take a site like that over and run it from there.
One-off takeover and migration to our server: 290 €, then a monthly plan from 27 €: hosting, domain, SSL and email. Maintenance — updates, security checks and backups — is added from 49 €/month. The site stays yours.

Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT. For business customers with a valid VAT number in another EU member state, VAT is reverse-charged and we invoice without it. For customers in Slovenia, Slovenian VAT applies.
