We run your website.

Yes. We're based in Slovenia, inside the EU, and we work across Europe in English. Everything is handled remotely — that's how most of our projects run anyway. If your company has a valid VAT number in another EU member state, VAT is reverse-charged and we invoice without it.

Then you probably don't need a new one. We take over the one you have: collect the logins, inventory the content, move it to our server and run it from there. Takeover is a one-off 290 €, then the monthly plan begins. More about takeovers →

Email us or call, and we do it — usually the same or the next working day. New prices, a new photo, a different phone number, an extra service. Changes are billed separately: 65 €/hour or a fixed quote you approve in advance. You never get an invoice for something you didn't approve.

Editing text, images, prices and contact details, and adding content to existing pages, are ordinary changes: we do them as they come and bill at 65 €/hour. A new page beyond your plan, a design overhaul, new functionality or a link to another system is development work — we price that up front (65 €/hour or a fixed quote) and don't start until you approve it.

A website: 7 working days from the moment we have your content — copy, photos and contact details. An online store: 14 working days. If we're writing the content, we agree the timing up front. The deadline is in the contract.

A rental is a five-year contract, both for a website and for an online store. On a website there is no setup fee — we cover the build and recover it through the subscription, which is why it runs five years. On a store there is a one-off setup fee of 790 €. The price is fixed for the term. If you don't want a contract, buy instead: no contract, no subscription, you pay for the build and for hosting (10 €/month or 100 €/year).

You cancel in writing. On a rental the contract runs five years; cancel early and the remaining contract value falls due. On a purchase there's no contract at all — you can cancel hosting whenever you like. At the end, you get an export of your content and a working website within five working days, at no charge. We transfer the domain wherever you point us. We don't hold anyone hostage over logins.

Yes. It's registered to your company and it stays yours — even if we part ways. We only manage it: DNS, SSL and mailboxes are our job.

Yes. Text, photos, data and the domain are yours — including copy we wrote for you. That isn't a marketing promise, it's a clause in the subscription terms. The only thing that stays ours is the Limonet CMS editor, if you use it; the site works without it.

You can. You get an export of your content and a working website; you can hand it to another supplier or put it on your own server. The Limonet CMS editor isn't part of the export — the site runs without it. If you sell the site along with the company, it goes with it.

The build, hosting, domain and DNS set up for you, an SSL certificate and a secure connection, mailboxes with webmail, uptime monitoring and basic search optimisation. Maintenance isn't included — system updates, security checks, backups and speed monitoring are a separate service, from 49 €/month or 490 €/year. Content changes are billed separately too (65 €/hour or a fixed quote).

In-depth search optimisation is a separate service from 149 €/month. So are paid third-party licences, advertising budget, custom development and larger redesigns. We tell you all of it up front, not on the invoice.

We do. Not a reseller, not an offshore partner. Limonet is Aleš Gaber s.p., based in Slovenia — inside the EU, in your time zone. Support is in English, during European business hours.

No. That's rather the point. If you do want your own access, choose the PRESTIGE plan — you get Limonet CMS, while the hosting and the server stay our responsibility.

You can move up a plan at any time. For anything unusual — a link to your accounting software, a courier, an ERP — there's custom development: a technical plan with a price and a deadline first, work only after you approve it.
